As a proud South Carolinian who is probably one of the 3.8 million SSNs hacked from our Department revenue computers, I'd suggest removing the SSN from your cert - what if you lost your wallet? Granted, the thief/finder may not know what an FAA Cert is and what data it contains, but..................
