I passed the ATP with Pinnacle. I felt I was treated very well during the warm up, oral, and ride. This is not meant to be a commentary on the original poster's situation, because maybe there was something going on a few months ago, or in a particular case. I really don't want to weigh in on that. My purpose is to ease the minds of anyone going through the process.

Read the company messages about the ATP on the company website, and make sure you have everything in order, and studied what they say to study. You will be fine! I will echo knowing limitations, even stuff that is not double boxed. I think any "complex" questions would be to test knowledge in a broader sense, i.e., scenarios and systems that interrelate with other systems, versus regurgitating rote knowledge. And that's a good thing.
