Excellent gouge. I have gone through all my recaps from my previous two deployments, great stuff in there, to develop a shell, or guideline to "tell my story". I have resisted typing up exactly what happened or type up my answer because I don't want to lose the "spontaneity" in my answer.
Having an idea of what to say for TMAAT seems like a good idea, plus I may video tape myself to see if there's anything in my responses that looks off.
That and getting some interview prep (I have an idea who I want to use based on who offers an interview) shall hopefully help.
Studying the "Ace the pilot technical interview", reading through all the interview gouge and testing gouge, reading "Blue Streak" and "Flying High" should be prep enough.
Oy!, there's not enough hours in the day! Especially with the Champions League and Europa Cup matches on!!
