In any case, you would think that if Republic is hurting that bad for pilots that they would want to interview someone with my background and experience (my jet time is all EMB 145/140/135) or maybe they just like the folks with lower times and less experience (not a dig at low timers, just an observation). Dunno.
Maybe it is the currency thing. I guess I need to get that CFI renewed so I can start from scratch.
they're actually offering $2500 to ERJ and CRJ200 pilots that pass IOE, so they're hurting.
go out and get instrument current, log some ME time, and give er another shot.
