I have been hearing a lot about people that show up fully qualified, think they do well during the interview and the sim, and then are shown the door with no explanation as to why. I have a question that perhaps someone can answer for me. Is there any correlation to the non-hires and the $5,000 two year lock signing bonus?
If early in the interview process you are asked about the bonus and if you are interested in taking it, is it possible that if you said "NO" that could be the reason some of these people are not making the cut. Especially for the people that are 3K+ hours you are advertising to them that you will jump ship at a moments notice.
I have never interviewed at Eagle so I have no idea when the $5,000 bonus is discussed in the process. There may be no correlation at all, but I am just asking.
