Why do you suggest this? I watched the video and it looked like the pilot bounced and over controlled the side slip (too much aileron). I could be wrong, but I remember a friend who is 747 typed told me that side slip landings in the 747 are prohibited for this very reason.
Any 747 dudes dudettes out there?
