9/10 were hired the day I interviewed. I went first, so everyone else must have looked freaking incredible after I set the bar so low.
I think the first group interviewed in 2010 hired 3 out of 12. VP of Flight Ops was watching the process and commented to the hiring folks, "If we keep this up we won't meet our quota". Thankfully, I was in the third group interviewed and they hired 7 out of 12.
