Interesting that this thread popped up again as I am currently displeased with my luggage works bag.
The metal guards on the bottom of the handle need tightening pretty much after every trip or the screws come out and that stupid metal piece rattles around.
Zipper on the front pocket broke off. I can deal with this one being a high wear and tear zone.
The entire main zipper peeled off from the bottom half essentially rendering the bag useless due to a large hole that everything falls out of.
I am going to contact customer service tomorrow and see what they can do for me. I paid almost $300 for this thing about 1.5 years ago. I was expecting it to last significantly longer.
I will be commuting to work tomorrow with a borrowed suitcase. It is gold and has leopard print on the inside....................
