With no announcement of any growth and no real rumors or positive information from the union, along with the loss of two EAS cities in the Montana system, I would say 2-3 years (complete guess based on todays situation / news). Growth would obviously changes things tremendously, but as it stands today we are actually shrinking lol. You never know what the end of the year may bring though.
Some guys think that the F word might be happening, but I don't think so, staffing bid perhaps.
