You'll get your uniform right before IOE and if you don't, no worries, they'll just patch you up with some Salvation Army or Goodwill stuff, don't worry they'll make you look like a silver pilot. The guys/girls that just finished training are not going to fly at all after IOE but again don't worry, after they disqualify for not flying 100 hours in 120 days it'll just be another trip to Toronto for a checkride, no stress...it really is no big deal, all you have to do is call crew scheduling about 3-4 times a day to remind them that you will disqualify. They'll say that you're not but right around day 118 they'll call you and ***** at you for not informing them that your haven't flown. One thing I can say about silver is that they go out of their way to listen to you, not! So maybe the guys/girls that washed out of training are better off. This place will suck the love of flying out of anybody.

I really don't understand why pilots come here.
