Getting fired from an airline
Hi all, nice to be here
I am new to the world of big airlines, recently, a good friend, who flies with a major airlines in the Middle East, has been fired for not following a procedure;
this, never threatened the safety of the flight, it's just that they did not comply with the procedure laid down in the books.
My question is, if he was fired for that mistake, it will affect their professional experience for future job applications for the rest of his life? can get a job in another airline? it can work in other major airline?
how much will ruin your future if you make a mistake??
this worries me much since my we are all exposed to mistakes.
I welcome your comments
Greetings and thanks
