It's fairly easy to make money here once you have some seniority. folks who aren't too attached to their weekends can make 110-120 hours a month pretty easy.
It's tougher on reserves now to make extra pay - I was only 117 in June this year.
It should also be mentioned that reserves can, to varying degrees, move reserve days around. I was able to trade out of 3 Saturdays this month. Come next month, reserves will be able to pretty much move any reserve day that they want.
