Not to argue that pay and QOL aren't important, but I'm flying because I like the adventure.
Contrast that with myself...who flies because it pays the bills and supports my family. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.
Not to say I don't enjoy it, or flying a fancy hot-performing plane would be cool...but size really doesn't matter if you are paid like a regional FO or on the road 24 of 30 days a month.
If you're flying the C37A in your avatar, I'd surmise your "adventures" far, far surpass those of the average 91/135 pilot.
