I was wondering is there anyone out there getting hired with little or no 121 time? I have a few months at a 121 carrier, but not much flight time? I was wondering if people are getting hired with little or no 121 time? Currently flying 91K/135

I ask because I got a part 135 job offer thats way better than a regional (QOL, pay ect..) But I want to go to JB, Spirit or a major but I feel like I'm missing something on my resume? I meet and exceed all requirements.
