I've met Mr. Joyce and have been on the company BBJ. Amazing airplane!! He told me he made less than an airline 737 captain but that the job is very stable (obviously). I'm sure you get stock options and stuff too.
He also told me they do a lot of international travel, especially to Europe.
I'd just be guessing here, but I'm confident that he makes just under a 10+ year 737 captain at the highest paying airline. I'm sure he's comfortable.
