A DOE backed research project led by a U.S. Navy scientist… stop right there! That is a recipe for bureaucratic B.S. flinging at its best! Turned me off from the get-go. The rest of the article is about dueling WAGs supposedly based on unverified scientific theories and unproven data sets.
Break out the Ouija Board and Magic 8 Ball’s gang! They are bound to be far more accurate and unbiased than all the scientists spewing out their rhetoric to gain notariety, land Federal grant money, and the ever so brilliant Federal agencies chiming in.
