It would play out as part of the penultimate end game, and we'd end up there via Federal level Executive intervention in order to protect national commerce
It is one downside of our little oligopoly
Now this is a possibility, but I doubt fedex would take negotiations this far. I agree the federal govt wouldn't allow a strike but the potential loss of customers to our competitors leading up to and resulting from this impasse should hopefully give the corporation pause.
