I love it there but I'm not a pilot. Its not just hard for flight but MX too.
Short staffing all over. Its getting harder to work and recruit ground people.
As for pilots, its hard for you guys, I know.

However I personally feel its the best thing next to Fedex or UPS unless you can get to Netjets.
everyone else is a real bottom feeder, like Tradewinds, Centurion, Focus and oh god - Arrow.
