Typical fly-by-night **** bag cargo outfit. They cut corners and it's always the MX that goes first. Go to the ATR and you'll learn all about "stage four" engines. Hopefully you wrack up more multi-engine time in the ATR than single-engine time. Some good guys, but a lot of washed out lifers there. And as CE alluded to, it's a "good ole' boys club".
