Given that they appear to be short of crews already and we are still hiring I would say yes I want them to be as efficient as possible.
I would like to only be working 14 days and making more money - wouldn't you?
(and if we did only work 14 days the guys that we have that seem to like to be on the road all of the time would have more days off on which they could work - so it would be great for everyone!)
