^^^^Wollac is right. Pay the fee at Airlineapps and you can apply to both Delta/United. Or you can do it free but have to fill out the complete app twice (just do yourself a favor and pay). Then use Pilot credentials for SWA/AA (FedEx when they open the window). For Virgin, JetBlue, frontier, Spirit, Atlas, Alaska etc. you will find a career link on their page.

Your first app will likely take you three hours to complete. Then you can print that out and use it as a reference for others. You'll get quicker at it. Start with your top choice and then keep going down the list as you have time. I recommend applying everywhere, though I know some folks who are holding out for their top choice (some are still waiting).

If you haven't done so, order your FCC permit, transcripts, passport, and get a first class medical. Make a list of all possible LOR's and start contacting them.
