It is at his/her discretion. Just make sure you review your Regs on Commercial Pilot Privelages (FAR 61.133). I flew a King Air for a short period for a 91 gig. It was a good time. Have fun bud, be safe...and if you need an SIC...I can get you my resume in about 2 seconds
