I just bought an HP Photosmart 7520. < $150
I can print wirelessly from my iPad !! (and Mac and ....)

They could put up two or three dedicated iPad printers to facilitate flight planning.
Your iPad finds it automatically if on the local network.
Hit print and you are done.
