I finally got the email with the link yesterday and sent all of the documents in. Didn't get an explanation on why I never received it, but guess that's all in the past and just hope it didn't cost me an earlier class date!
That is good news, and a huge relief I'm sure. It smells like an oversight after you were selected for phase 2.
