From what I hear, most of the issues are failure to disclose things - even minor stuff. A private pilot checkride failure, speeding ticket, screw up as a teenager, etc, is not an issue if you disclose it, but if you don't - look out. Integrity is a really big deal here.
Also, - the names are posted for current JetBlue pilots to see and to provide input. My recruitment team bud says that internal negative feedback on phase 2 candidates is taken very seriously. If you've made enemies in the past - look out.
Moral of the story, disclose everything, and be nice to your fellow pilots
