I will take my chances with ANY pilot group, seniority issues notwithstanding, over Glass and associates. Furthermore, exactly what was Glass brought on to accomplish?
Management would love to see us throw out the baby with the bath water. The rancor among the East/West was a major component to Parker's management style at US. Now Parker has to negotiate with a much more unified group. Folks like you can try to stir the pot but it isn't going to work. Most of us bargained with the Devil or God- if we ever got out of this seniority corner we would not make the same mistakes. Parker has to grow up too and understand that, at least for now, it's a different environment for commercial pilots. This union- whatever it is or is not- is our only hope.
