You'll be fine, and if the regionals are your goal, you'll be a shoe in.
My recommendation for you, is to do your homework now (being on this board is the right first step) to figure out which regional you want to work for. It'll be a different life for your fiance than instructing/corporate flights...you're going to be gone, A LOT...some can handle it, some can't, some love it, some don't. You'll learn very soon about how that goes.
So, study up, and get those hours...the regionals will be knocking on your door as soon as you show an interest in working for them.
