Looks like the interview hasn't changed since I went through the process early in 2012.
We just want motivated, competent people; we will teach you the rest. In return you will be treated well, enjoy a top employment contract but of course like most regional flying there will be the crappy days but still better than most other regional's crappy days.
Hard to not hit this point again and again about the Delta flying. AWAC only seeks flying that will not endanger the company so in the end while it would have been nice to do some midwest flying again, I am willing to trust that this was the better move.
