So why do we have a system that allows an ALPA member negotiate on behalf of the company. If you want to sell us all out for a bonus you should have to give up your seniority number, union membership and be an at will employee. Good luck. Make your bonus if you succeed but you will never be part of the labor team if management later decides that you suck in management. We cannot be the fallback option for guys who would sell us out.
