While breakfast is included you have to ask for the coupons, at least I did... Also, I had the early sims (0400 brief) so we missed breakfast first day, but were informed by another crew member that they will make you a box to go if you tell them ahead of time. I think it's a 6 PM cut off, but regardless, if you go to the front desk with your voucher and tell them you have an early sim, set up your transpo and tell them you would like breakfast to go. They will ask you the time you are leaving and have it ready for you in a small takeout box. Worked out pretty well for my partner and I the day of our PC.
