They are having a hard time finding crews I know that. Guys are quitting during class, not even making it to sim.
A friend who still works there said they only have five captains and five first officers to run three airplanes with. One 80 captain and one 80 first officer to run the 80 with.
As far as the sign goes I didn't even know they had a sign.
