Just curious how far out they are scheduling classes right now and where they are at with hiring numbers. Have an interview next week, I am wondering at this point if the qol/upgrade wave has long since crested? Hypothetically if someone got hired today how would things look moving forward if classes kept being filled?
Last thing I heard from HR, is 40 per month till September 1. Then they want to hire another 50 for the rest of the year. Not sure what upgrades are at, but everyone at Compass is pretty young and almost all plan on moving on. With the hiring the Majors are planning on doing I wouldn't think an upgrade would be more than 2 years, but that is just a guess. Faster than most other regionals at least. Good luck!
