In April it'll hopefully become 10% of the pilot group for any number. You're right about the 10-11 years if you'd go by the 10% alone but there will also be a crap load of attrition happening once the majors start hiring full force over the next 5 years. Imma guess 5-6 years for anyone hired now to move up, and less if you become a sim instructor/ground instructor/check airman @ PSA.
