You have a floating domicile and you are responsible to space-a yourself to wherever the company wants you tobe.
A floating domicile would have huge tax implications. Each state could legally tax you. The company would have to provide all that state information on your W-2. If they don't (any Current pilots who can speak to this?) then the company is playing fast and loose with the IRS. Any disgruntled pilot or former pilot could make a whistle blower complaint on this shady practice.
