Why do labor groups unionize?
Fact...it's not all about numbers! It's about the fact that you guys are not a labor threat. Mainline management got a huge lesson on this from CMR.
What I am equating is your mindset of not unionizing to gain more flying to the mindset of someone
taking someone else's job because they are out walking the line trying to improve the profession. The reason groups unionize is to prevent the very thing you advocate.
