As a floater you basically have no base. You live within an hour of your home airport and are commercially flown where you are needed. You fly out on a Monday and return home on Friday unless operations dictate you fly into Saturday. You do this for 3 weeks then are given 1 week paid off. You can work that paid week off if you like for double time. Per diem while away from home us $32 per day. They say they provide hotel and rental car while away. Was told not to expect 300 hrs a year in flight time. Hope this helps. I am heading up for final interview in a week but would like to talk to pilots working there.
