Question(s) for SkyWest Pilots concerning military leave:
Scenario (1): On military leave 30+ days
1. Travel benefits, will my family still be able to utilize them while I am overseas?
2. Travel benefits, will I still be able to utilize them while stateside? What about CASS?
3. If my seniority could have held a base while I am away, can I move to that base upon my return even if there is no current open/available for transfer?
4. Seniority does it freeze or does it stand while I am gone?
5. Upon return do you have priority to enter training if required? If one is not IOE complete, how soon can you return to work?

Scenario (2): On military under 30 days (Drill AFTPs etc.)
1. Travel benefits, will I still be able to utilize them while stateside? What about CASS?
2. Drop trips etc. Any pilot input on how to best handle this so that its advantageous would be greatly appreciated.
Other airline pilot inputs are also welcome on how you airlines handles these matters. Of course I will ask HR folks but wanted to the intel from a pilots point of view. Thank you for your time and input.
