FedEx Jumpseat Cancellation
So I'm trying to cancel a jumpseat on a flight this evening. I've called the jumpseat hotline and an automated system is asking me for my ID number. Then it asks for my pin. I'm unable to make it past this point. There's no one answering the phone like when I listed this morning.
I would prefer to not get blacklisted from jumpseating on you guys, as it's helped me out in a pinch many times. Is this an issue that's been happening with the phone line before? When I call back and eventually get a hold of a real person, should I be worried about getting blacklisted?
