Another problem, what happens after a failed TA ?

So your NC really has to know its membership to get it right the 1st time.

I've been through the failed TA once before. The arbitrator was basically annoyed at both sides for being out of touch with the pilot group.

But no one is going to go back and re-write entire sections. Slight improvements were made to the major money sections, and what do you know, it ratifies.

In some ways the WHOLE process is flawed. Nothing we do/deliver is so important to the country that our contracts need to be RLA amendable and continue indefinitely to protect the vital interests of the nation like the railroads once did. But I digress !
