Our 767-300 rates are out of whack because UAL had a bunch of 767-300s pre-merger, so they got pay banded down by CALs negotiating committee to CALs 757s so that we wouldn't look like an airline with much larger aircraft, which ultimately failed. They only looked at aircraft and not payrates as CAL had put all their money on.
Now we suffer stupid paybanding that no one else has and lower payrates in "certain" fleets".
So when you are comparing just remember all things are not equal.
