For the month of September the most junior hard-line holders on the ERJ side are:

EWR- Feb 2014
DFW- Dec 2013
IAH- Sept 2013
ORD- Apr 2013
CLE- Sep 2013

Not quite "3+ years on reserve". Nonetheless, reserve times are extremely long compared to other regionals.
