Having been on property only 4+ years, this is my first contract cycle. When I got here, there were very few guys complaining in general. I have seen this change over time; many are disgruntled about the lack of progress, flexibility in scheduling, and CRS using twisted language to change trips. Pilots are fed up with it. I love working at FedEx, but I would love to have a little stability and the assurance that what I signed on to fly is what I'm actually going to fly. I don't like the idea of guys sitting in initial indoc training getting a call and bailing on us because "Airline B" called them. I liked how it was when I got hired; I was in training for FedEx because it was the best. Management...fix this, before the Brand is damaged.
