Bryan, that $9000 simply offsets the increase in health care premiums.

No matter, it appears Republic will return to the bargaining table after it is decided it will not be presented (final outcome) or the pilots vote it down.

A source within the Republic pilot ranks suggested there were tentative indications this week Republic might be willing to return. The source said at least one Republic executive, Ryan Willman, who visited pilot bases in recent days, was asking what might need to be changed in the airline's last best and final offer to get pilots to vote 'yes.'
