I wouldn't have made a peep about that. That would be a GOOD thing. But, SPECIFICALLY targeting other carriers pilots (a commodity in short supply) forces a reaction not unlike rival drug dealers clashing over turf. Let's face it, virtually all the regional unions nowadays are in a pathetic state of affairs and the pilots they represent are being batted around like piņata's on a daily basis.

It's gotten to the point that virtually everyone now has either Stockholm Syndrome, Batttered Wife syndrome or a combination of both and can no longer think straight. We have union reps at Envoy who now ACTIVELY work on managements behalf and think that's a good thing. Some of the comments and rationale on this forum prove that daily. I see a bleak future for many as simply assuming the pilot shortage alone will solve the problems for pilots with that them standing around doing nothing expecting someone or something else to solve their problems.

If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.

....and just what do most regional pilots have now ?
