But as it stands it is not. The SSP worked for many but it also failed many which is why it is seen as hit or miss. You can't change no growth and more planes. The bonus is 20k which is a good sum, but it has to be balanced with the rest of the package. All I know is some legacy 9E 2007 guys are still FOs. That just doesn't bode well especially for newhires.
Who are you to determined if Endeavor is a place to go to or not. Just because someone choose Endeavor doesn't mean they are making a bad choice. We all chose an airline for reasons that works best for us. The place to go (in your definition) is not the same as someone else. If I lived in NY why would I go to Compass and commute to LAX for the quick upgrade so I can sit reserve? Seems to me Endeavor would be my choice.
