How many hours of pay does a typical day of work pay at Delta? At FedEx, our typical day pays 6 hours, and our max vacation is 36 days. Just trying to compare apples to apples, as if your normal flight day pays much lower, it changes the comparison.
Our duty period average pays 5:15 (mostly but not always a 5:15 day) and vacation is worth 3:15. It's not complex.
