Good question. I was wondering about the same thing. Also, it looks like the new hires are still coming in, even though the staffing seems to be ok now. I'm not sure how many more planes are coming, but as far as I remember correctly, they were talking about the total number of pilots around 700. We are above that already and the flows are all gone (except the last 10 or so). The recruiters don't seem to be slowing down at all. I'm wondering if they expect above average attrition or what's the reason behind it?
