Hey all, I'm 200 hours out from ATP mins. I have my application in and was told by a recruiter to wait till 1450 for an interview. I read on this thread that Compass is pretty much fully staffed at 700 pilots. Does anyone have insight on if Compass is likely going to stop hiring before January when I'll likely have my TT?
