Silos are how many days of reserve each person has. You're placed in a silo ranging of your days of availability, one day through six days. Inside your respective silo, it is broken down by each persons projected credit. Who ever has less projected credit goes to the top of their silo, first to be called.

RAP 1=0400-1800
