Not to mention the numerous instances of it being mentioned on this site. I assume that you can get off the CRJ and move to other equipment and still upgrade as soon as it is available?
The flow was also mentioned during the interview that as new 175's come online, it will allow more Captains to flow to AA and create the spots for all of the upgrades. Regardless, I think Envoy is a solid and stable company and I'm really looking forward to getting started!
Uh huh.....and how do you plan on getting the 1000hrs air carrier time requirement to upgrade by sitting on reserve for 2 years? Assuming you instructed to hit the magic 1500 and you have no 121 time. Or did the recruiter neglect to mention that.
